Talk about a bridge over troubled water. This bridge in Canada never stood a chance against the icy river below.
Uploaded on April 17 by YouTube user Operation115, the video above shows what happens when a once-frozen river thaws in the spring. This low-lying bridge in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent in the province of New Brunswick takes hit after hit from floating ice blocks until it can’t take anymore.
Our advice: build a taller bridge.
