LOS ANGELES (AP) — In a year when California Democrats are worried about motivating their voters, Gov. Jerry Brown heard another unwelcome message Saturday: some environmentalists, a core Democratic constituency, are bristling over his administration’s policies on hydraulic fracturing, or fracking.
